The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the accurate inputting of supplier invoices and managing discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders. They also provide support to the accounting team and maintain regular contact with vendors to ensure accounts are up to date. Candidates must have post-secondary education in Accounting or a related discipline and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, along with strong analytical and communication skills, is required.
