Humans of HR is working with a top financial services firm in Vancouver to find an Wealth Management Associate to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has an interest in wealth management and wants to build a long-term career in a financial environment. A degree or designation in the financial services field is considered an asset. What you'll be doing: Supporting a team of senior professionals with day-to-day administration Coordinating meetings, schedules and follow-ups Preparing client documentation and meeting materials Supporting client onboarding and account-related processes Responding to client requests and providing a high level of service Maintaining accurate information within internal systems Assisting with business development and tracking prospective clients Supporting internal projects and coordinating action items What we're looking for: Financial services experience and/or CSC is an asset Strong organization and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Professional, polished and confident when interacting with clients Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is an asset At Humans of HR, we support the development and growth of our candidates to reach their full potential.
