This is an environment where engineering excellence is the product. Performance is measured in nanoseconds, and your work will directly influence trading outcomes Why Join: Design, build and own greenfield, ultra-low-latency systems from the groundup Work alongside world-class engineers, researchers and technologists solving some of the industry's most challenging technical problems Develop high-performance trading platforms, matching engines, execution systems and low-latency data stores from first principles Explore modern systems programming with C++ and Rust to push the boundaries of performance, safety and scalability About You: Strong experience with modern C++ (C++20/23); exposure to Rust or an interest in systems programming with Rust is highly valued 2–7+ years of professional software engineering experience in performance-critical environments Excellent computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, networking and computer architecture Experience building highly reliable, low-latency, high-throughput systems where performance is a primary concern Strong academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline is advantageous Sound like a good fit?
