Assist with inventory monitoring and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Prior experience in metal manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly. 2 years of hands-on MIG welding experience is preferred. Tool & Equipment Skills: Proficient with air/hand tools, band saws, jig saws, chop saws, and precision layout work. Technical Skills: Ability to read shop drawings, follow templates, and work seamlessly with both imperial and metric measurements.
