Office Receptionist – Employment Agency Location: Woodbridge, Ontario Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Starting at minimum wage; pay may increase based on relevant experience and qualifications. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Office Receptionist to join our busy employment agency in Woodbridge. As the first point of contact for job seekers, clients, and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment. What You’ll Do Greet visitors and assist job seekers in a professional, respectful manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails Schedule appointments and support candidate registration Enter and update candidate information accurately in our system File documents, maintain records, and keep the reception area organized Communicate with job seekers and clients about employment opportunities Provide general administrative support to recruiters and office staff What We’re Looking For Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service, or an employment agency is an asset Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, and office phone systems A reliable, professional, and positive attitude Fluent spoken Spanish or Tagalog (Filipino) is required to support client communication Reliable transportation: you must have access to a vehicle or live close enough to reliably commute to our Woodbridge office Legal eligibility to work in Canada If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced office, we invite you to apply.
