Your main responsibilities will include: Providing administrative expertise in processing various redemption requests and transactions related to individual annuity contracts while adhering to established policies and procedures. Applying your attention to detail by coding and updating information in computer systems (contract issuances, deposits, transfers, and other transactions). Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of documentation associated with transaction requests. Processing a high volume of diverse requests within established service standards and deadlines. Contributing to operational quality in a fast-paced individual savings and retirement environment where products evolve rapidly and tax regulations are frequently updated. Is recognized for their proficiency with various computer applications and systems. Stands out for their accuracy, meticulousness, and attention to detail. Has relevant experience in an administrative, operational, or transaction-processing environment (considered an asset). Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the incumbent will be required to process transaction files, respond to clients and internal teams, and communicate with clients or financial institutions on a daily basis. The typical hiring range for this position is between $50,000 and $55,000; base salary may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity.
