Your Role And Responsibilities As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Asset Management, you will implement and support the Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution and related add-ons. This role requires a deep understanding of asset management, consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to achieve the client's business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include: Implement EAM Solution: Integrate the Maximo EAM solution and related add-ons into the client's business environment to achieve desired business results. This involves effectively combining packaged technology and APIs to meet client needs. Provide Consulting Expertise: Apply asset management domain knowledge, consulting skills, and business knowledge to support clients in achieving their business objectives. Support Solution Delivery: Ensure seamless delivery of the EAM solution, leveraging packaged solution expertise to drive business outcomes. Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs. Optimize Business Results: Continuously work to optimize business results by integrating technology and business processes to achieve desired outcomes. Preferred Education Master's Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise Asset Management Expertise: Experience with asset management principles, practices, and technologies, including Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution and related add-ons. Consulting Skills: Experience in applying consulting skills to support clients in achieving their business objectives, with a focus on integrating packaged technology and APIs into the client's business environment. Packaged Solution Knowledge: Experience with packaged solution expertise, including the ability to effectively combine technology and business processes to drive business outcomes. Business Knowledge: Experience in applying business knowledge to support clients in achieving their business objectives, including understanding business requirements and delivering tailored solutions. Technical Integration: Experience with integrating packaged technology and APIs into the client's business environment to achieve desired business results. Preferred Technical And Professional Experience Asset Management Domain Knowledge: Experience with asset management principles, practices, and technologies, including Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution and related add-ons, to support clients in achieving their business objectives. Packaged Solution Expertise: Experience with packaged solution expertise, including the ability to effectively combine technology and business processes to drive business outcomes and achieve desired results. Business Process Integration: Experience with integrating packaged technology and APIs into the client's business environment to optimize business results and achieve desired outcomes.

Implement and support the Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution and related add-ons for clients. Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate technology and business processes to optimize business results.

Requires deep expertise in asset management principles and experience with Maximo EAM and API integrations. A Master's degree is preferred along with strong consulting and business knowledge.
