You’ll work with warm, in-network customers to introduce our in-house loan protection plans and a suite of affiliate value-add services — including premium car maintenance perks and member benefits at a fraction of what they’d pay anywhere else. What You’ll Do Contact existing customers within the iFinance/Iceberg ecosystem via phone and digital channels Present and close on loan protection plans tailored to individual customer profiles Pitch affiliate services including automotive care perks, roadside assistance, and exclusive member programs Build rapport quickly — every conversation is a chance to deliver real value and earn real trust Track your pipeline, log activity, and crush your daily and weekly targets Collaborate with the team to share what’s working and elevate everyone’s game What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of inside sales, phone sales, or customer success experience (financial services is a plus) You’re a natural communicator — you listen first, then pitch with purpose Resilience and energy: you bounce back fast, stay positive, and love the hunt Comfortable working with CRM tools, call management platforms, and reporting dashboards Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset A competitive spirit and a genuine drive to help customers find solutions that protect them Compensation & Benefits : Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance from day one.
