Responding to client calls and emails; Following up with clients who are behind on payments; Managing unpaid accounts; Initiating legal recovery procedures; Monitoring cases sent for legal proceedings; Researching client information for the application of judgments; Conducting follow-ups with automobile insurance in case of total losses; Coordinating with impound lots during automobile seizures; Performing follow-ups on cases sent to the investigation department. Ability to be polite and compassionate without losing confidence. Professional knowledge of MS Office and databases. Competencies: Strong communication skills. Organizational and problem-solving skills. Great attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as a team This position can be stressful and requires great perseverance and a good sense of urgency. A collection agent must be able to maintain a balance between firmness and empathy to succeed in this role. What Awaits You?
