Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Owner role based in Open Hall, NL. The Product Owner will define and prioritize product backlogs, translate business needs into clear user stories, and maintain alignment between stakeholders and the development team. Responsibilities include collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams, refining requirements, ensuring features are delivered on time and within scope, and monitoring product performance against agreed metrics. The role also involves gathering feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, supporting release planning, and continuously improving the product roadmap to align with organizational goals and AI-led initiatives. Qualifications Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role, preferably in technology or AI-driven environments. Strong skills in backlog management, user story creation, requirements gathering, and prioritization based on business value. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders. Comfort with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience participating in sprint planning and review ceremonies. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, define success metrics, and make evidence-based decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in clear, concise language. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also considered. Interest or experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or enterprise software products is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Open Hall, NL, and engage with stakeholders and teams in person.
