In This Role You will review and interpret digital anatomic pathology cases for veterinary clients across North America. You will provide timely, accurate diagnostic reports that support patient care and clinical decision-making. You will collaborate closely with a team of experienced pathologists and diagnostic professionals to deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will maintain high standards of diagnostic quality, consistency, and medical accuracy. You will stay informed on current trends and emerging topics in veterinary medicine and pathology. You will utilize digital pathology platforms, computer systems, and dictation tools to complete case evaluations efficiently. You will contribute your expertise to educational, research, and professional development initiatives within IDEXX and the veterinary community. You will communicate findings clearly and professionally through written reports and interactions with colleagues and customers. What You Need To Succeed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree. Experience in veterinary anatomic pathology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize work in a remote environment. Strong computer proficiency and comfort working with digital pathology systems. Ability to type and utilize dictation equipment efficiently. Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to diagnostic excellence and customer support. Familiarity with current topics and issues in clinical veterinary medicine. Board certification through the American College of Veterinary Pathology (ACVP) or European College of Veterinary Pathology (ECVP) Fluency in French / English, Spanish / English, Portuguese / English, or Korean / English is a plus Physical Demands Extensive sitting and computer use.
