Job Requirements About the Role IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for a Teller to join its Retail Banking team at the Ratlam branch in Madhya Pradesh. This full-time position is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and handling day-to-day banking transactions. As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the branch while promoting the bank’s products and services. Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner. Process banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain and balance cash drawers, ensuring accurate record-keeping of all transactions. Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively. Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols. Secondary Responsibilities Collaborate with branch team members to meet branch goals and service standards. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Support branch operations during peak hours. What We Are Looking For Education Graduate in any discipline Experience 0–4 years of experience in customer service or cash handling roles. Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred. Skills and Attributes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Basic proficiency in computer applications. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
