Job summary
Helping our client in Bolton with a Finance Business Partner search. This is a full-time permanent role with benefits, bonus, and more. Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations that support operational and commercial decision-making. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, delivering accurate financial models, variance analysis, and actionable reporting to drive business performance. Prepare monthly financial statements, account reconciliations, journal entries, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while supporting the month-end and year-end close processes. Analyze financial results, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present recommendations to improve profitability, cost management, and overall financial performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and other business units to evaluate investments, pricing, and business initiatives through financial analysis and business case development. Drive continuous process improvements by enhancing financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and improving the efficiency and accuracy of FP&A and accounting processes. Requirements: 4+ years of progressive accounting and FP&A experience Public accounting background is an asset CPA designation is a must have
