<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Looking for an opportunity to grow, learn and flourish as an Occupational Therapist?</p><p>We are currently seeking<strong><strong> </strong></strong>a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team!</p><p><strong><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Conduct Occupational Therapy In-Home Assessments to assess Attendant Care Needs (Form 1) and assistive devices</li><li>Provide treatment with Implementation of functional and cognitive strategies and techniques as appropriate</li><li>Demonstrate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion principles with all clients and family members</li><li>Document accident benefits initial and progress reports</li><li>Supervise rehab support worker with carry through of Occupational Therapy goals</li><li>Provide education to clients/family; follow-up with progress with respect to SMART goals</li><li>Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and participate in meetings</li><li>Facilitate rehabilitation of client with cognitive, emotional or physical impairments</li><li>Monitor and assess client rehabilitative programs</li><li>Convey treatment results and client progress to an interdisciplinary team</li><li>Organize and update client records</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Qualifications:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Valid Occupational Therapy Insurance from respective association (i.e. CAOT, OSOT)</li><li>Valid Ontario Driver's License</li><li>Previous experience in the auto insurance sector is an asset</li><li>Passion to help and motivate others</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul></div>\nCompany Description<div><p>IM-OT was founded with the mission of bringing awareness to the intricate role that Occupational Therapy (OT)/ an Occupational Therapist (OT) can have in the life of clients who have sustained an injury or acquired an illness.
