Key Details Position: Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Work Arrangement: 100% Remote Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Legal Services / Canadian Immigration Key Responsibilities Manage and prepare Canadian immigration applications from start to finish (Work Permits, Study Permits, Permanent Residence, etc.). Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients and provide clear, personalized guidance. Review, verify, and organize client documentation with high accuracy. Draft correspondence with immigration authorities (explanation letters, requests, emails, etc.). Prepare service agreements, invoices, and maintain accurate records in our case management system. Track deadlines, manage multiple active files, and provide exceptional, empathetic client service throughout the process. Qualifications & Experience Active membership in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body (CICC). College diploma in Immigration Studies or equivalent. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Canadian Immigration Consultant. Mandatory Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required. Strongly Desired Languages: Fluency in Spanish and/or French (spoken and written) is a strong asset! Quebec Certified Consultant status is an optional plus. Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills with the ability to work independently. Requirements
