We are actively looking for a Resident Manager to provide ongoing support to the on-site management team. This role is a live on site role in the Downtown Vancouver region This is a live-in position. Benefits & Perks $50,000 Extended Benefits Rent Subsidy Responsibilities Show suites and provides prospective Residents with an application if they are deemed a good fit for the building Manage the rental process for Residents, which includes all the required paper work for the rental of suites, parking and/or storage lockers Treat applicants and Residents with courtesy and respect, and address any problems or concerns.
