One of our family-run owner operator clients are looking to add a Commercial PM to their ever-growing, dynamic team! You will be managing a commercial portfolio of 800,000sq feet across the GTA, Barrie, Richmond Hill and Scarborough. Compensation • $75,000 - $85,000 per annum Benefits & Perks • 3 weeks vacation • $700/ month gas allowance • Extended medical and dental benefits Responsibilities • Manage daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring smooth functioning and safety compliance • Oversee maintenance activities, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, low voltage systems, and industrial equipment • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and project management initiatives • Supervise external service providers to ensure high-quality work standards • Schedule, track, and document maintenance tasks and asset histories • Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and system diagrams for troubleshooting and repairs • Lead safety inspections, enforce regulatory compliance, and implement preventative maintenance plans Qualifications • At least one years experience managing a commercial portfolio or 2+ years experience as a Junior Property Manager / Senior PMA • Happy to travel to the GTA, Barrie, Richmond Hill and Scarborough to visit properties • Ideally has experience managing an industrial portfolio At Aplin - together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems - we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
