You'll be the key contact for managing renewals, endorsements, claims, and billing, serving industries such as restaurants, retail, transportation, and small property. Compensation Base salary between $55,000 - $60,000 aligned with experience, combined with a commission structure ranging from 10-20% on new business, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for client servicing, including renewals, endorsements, policy adjustments, claims, and billing. Manage a brokerage book in personal and commercial risks across sectors like restaurants, retail, transportation, and small properties. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development through proactive client engagement. Utilize online platforms and EPIC to access documents, process endorsements, and deliver efficient service. Ensure timely and effective communication to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an insurance broker, with a solid understanding of personal and commercial insurance. Strong communication skills and the ability to foster long-term client relationships. Proficiency with insurance management systems such as Epic A proactive, client-centric approach and excellent organizational skills.
