A enouned global investment platform focused on fintech and financial services in Toronto is searching for an Executive Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with and provide direct support to the General Partner, acting as a true strategic right hand. YOUR ROLE AS AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT WILL BE TO: Act as a true strategic partner to senior executives, helping them stay focused on priorities and ensuring strong follow-through across key initiatives; Proactively manage complex calendars, priorities and communications in a fast-paced and evolving environment; Serve as a key liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders; Coordinate and prepare meetings, including agendas, documentation, presentations and follow-ups; Track action items and ensure projects and priorities continue to move forward; Take ownership of various strategic and operational projects on behalf of the executive team; Support the implementation, optimization and ongoing management of CRM and other technology platforms; Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics; Prepare presentations, reports, documents and communications for internal and external use; Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working; Handle other responsibilities and special projects as needed. THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Significant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives; Experience working in a startup, entrepreneurial or fast-growing environment; A highly strategic and proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership; Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; Tech-savvy, curious and comfortable learning and implementing new tools and technologies; Strong experience with CRM systems and digital tools; Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; Strong judgment, discretion and problem-solving abilities; Highly organized and detail-oriented, while also able to see the bigger picture; Resourceful, autonomous and comfortable working in an environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
