About the Role Info-Tech Research Group is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources Technology to lead the analysis, design, and delivery of HR systems solutions that enable business performance and operational excellence. In this individual contributor role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business and technology leaders. You’ll lead the intake and prioritization of HR technology initiatives, translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise with strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with project management aptitude, and a passion for optimizing technology-enabled HR processes. This role bridges HR and technology — driving alignment between strategic goals and operational execution. You will influence how HR systems evolve to support the company's continued growth. Part of this role is operational in nature, encompassing day-to-day system administration, issue triage, data integrity maintenance, and ongoing support of HR technology platforms to ensure ongoing stability and reliability alongside strategic project work. Key Responsibilities: Planning and Delivery * Lead the intake, scoping, and prioritization of HR technology initiatives in collaboration with HR and IT leadership. * Translate business objectives into actionable technology roadmaps that align with corporate strategy. * Drive enterprise HR system integration strategy and processes that secure cross-functional alignment and a unified, reliable source of HR data. Stakeholder Engagement and Cross-Functional Leadership * Serve as the liaison between HR, operations, and technology teams to ensure shared understanding of project goals and deliverables. * Facilitate cross-functional workshops and decision-making sessions to align priorities and resolve issues. * Manage communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, on project status, risks, and outcomes. Requirements Analysis and Solution Design * Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for enterprise HR systems and related projects. * Conduct in-depth process analysis to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and data accuracy. * Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are designed to meet both functional and strategic goals. * Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Implementation, Testing, and Change Management * Partner with team leaders to oversee implementation activities and ensure successful delivery. * Develop and execute test strategies to validate system solutions that meet business requirements. * Support user adoption by developing training materials, conducting workshops, and ensuring smooth transitions through change management best practices. Operations and System Support * Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day HR system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations. * Oversee ongoing data integrity, security access, and configuration management across HR technology platforms. * Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures to support consistent, reliable platform performance. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline. * Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR business analysis, HR systems, or related project leadership roles. * Demonstrated success in leading technology-enabled transformation initiatives within HR or corporate operations. * Proven expertise in requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization. * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to synthesize complex data and present clear recommendations. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both executive and technical audiences. * Proficiency with project and workflow management tools such as JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments. Preferred Qualifications * Strong knowledge and experience configuring and administering of HRIS and workforce analytics tools (e.g. UKG, Workday, or Power BI). * Experience with HCM, payroll, or talent management systems (e.g., Decusoft Compose, HireEZ, Workday, Dynamics 365). * Exposure to HR reporting automation or AI-driven process improvement.
