Job summary

Infosys is seeking a DevOps Developer. In the role of Technology Analyst, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. This position is based out of Mississauga, ON or Calgary, AB. This position may require re-location and or travel to project location. Qualifications Basic Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. At least 4 years of experience working with Azure services (App Service, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Azure SQL, API Management, AKS). Preferred A minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps/Cloud engineering with hands-on ownership of CI/CD pipelines and release automation. Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards) and Git-based branching strategies. Experience building and maintaining CI/CD for modern application stacks (e.g., .NET/Java/Node, containers), including approvals, gates, and quality checks. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM/Bicep) and configuration management/automation (PowerShell, Bash, YAML). Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS) and artifact/package management. Strong troubleshooting skills across pipelines, cloud environments, networking fundamentals, and application runtime issues. Experience implementing DevSecOps practices (secrets management, SAST/DAST, vulnerability scanning) and compliance controls in CI/CD. Strong communication and collaboration skills to lead and partner with cross-functional engineering, security, and operations teams. Experience working with Azure services (App Service, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Azure SQL, API Management, AKS). Experience creating reusable pipeline templates and enterprise standards for branching, versioning, and release governance. Exposure to observability tooling (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana) and incident/problem management practices. Experience supporting project lifecycle activities including environment strategy, release planning, cutovers, and post-release support. Experience with security and identity integrations (Azure AD, RBAC, managed identities) and secrets rotation practices. Ability to work in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment and drive DevOps adoption through coaching and enablement. Experience in Telecom domain (preferred), including high-availability production environments and regulated processes. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
