Job details

We are looking for a Guidewire QA for a 6 months contract with high possibility of extension. Role is hybrid with 3 days a week on site. Key Responsibilities Perform primarily manual testing of Guidewire PolicyCenter applications and configurations. Create detailed, comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements. Execute functional, regression, and integration testing. Validate Guidewire configuration changes and identify defects or unexpected behavior. Document test results, defects, and testing activities clearly. Work closely with developers, business analysts, Guidewire configurators, and other QA team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Support integration testing across Guidewire and related systems. Contribute to improving QA processes, testing strategies, and overall test coverage. Identify opportunities to introduce or expand test automation where it can improve efficiency, repeatability, and coverage. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter testing. Strong experience with manual software testing. Experience creating and executing test cases. Experience testing Guidewire configuration. Strong understanding of software QA processes and defect management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in the home/property insurance domain, specifically working with Guidewire. Nice to Have Experience with test automation and automated testing frameworks. Experience with API testing. Experience with integration testing. Familiarity with Guidewire integrations and related systems. Experience identifying manual testing activities that could be effectively automated.
