Mutual Fund Operations Analyst Location: Toronto, ON – 4 days onsite Duration: 6 months, with potential extension/conversion Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Start Date: October 1, 2026 The Role We are seeking a Mutual Fund Operations Analyst to join a collaborative financial services operations team. This role is responsible for processing mutual fund transactions, resolving trade and settlement discrepancies, and supporting day-to-day operational activities within a high-risk, compliance-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Process mutual fund trades and settlements accurately and within established timelines. Investigate and resolve transaction breaks and discrepancies. Process FundSERV transactions and money movements. Use Excel, including macros, to support operational processes and reporting. Respond to inquiries and provide strong internal customer service. Maintain compliance with established operational and regulatory procedures. Meet daily productivity, accuracy and service metrics. Must-Have Skills 2–3 years of banking or financial services experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and macros. Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word and Outlook. Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. Adaptable, quick learner and collaborative team player. University degree. Nice to Have Mutual fund or trade settlement experience. FundSERV experience. Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
