Job Description: Job Title: IT Systems Analyst Duration: 12 Months contract on T4. Location: MTL-2001 Robert-Bourassa REPORT TO: Head Of Financing Solutions APS, Banking Platform Banking Application Support Experience is required. MISSION AND OBJECTIVES Provide application and technical support to the critical 24x7 Credits, Working Capital and Asset Finance and Securitization applications. Act as a subject matter expert on application architecture, disaster recovery, infrastructure integration. Follow Information security and adhere to governance framework for the applications in the platform Participate in the application security related projects and manage the server obsolescence and vulnerabilities MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for production support of our Bank’s Credits, Working Capital and Asset Finance and Securitizations applications Responsible for L1/L2 production support, incident management, problem management, change management including application deployments. Supporting data flows between Credit, Working Capital and Asset Finance and Securitization applications and other upstream and downstream systems. Supporting Operations team for technical issues Participate in the yearly Disaster Recovery, Liveplay and Backup Recovery testing Participate in technical projects Responsible for coordinating and fulfilling projects support tasks, as well as providing status reports Provide expertise on production constraints and environment readiness Transversal and Framework Maintain application and systems as per the Information Security guidelines. Ensure data protection regulations are implemented from a data security standpoint. Maintain monitoring, capacity planning and performance tuning of financing solutions applications components Understand and document the technical process and data flows Participate in the Change Control review meeting to ensure data quality and coordinate approvals Manage the Cyberark bypass controls and assess for resolutions Facilitate prioritization sessions with stakeholders to clearly rank tasks for focused execution and transparency Industrialization of legacy process to be done using AI REQUIREMENTS Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields Good understanding of Credits and Working Capital business lines Good understanding of Asset Finance and Securitization, Special Purpose Fund/CLO, Residential Mortgage-backed Securities, Commercial Mortgage-backed Securities and Asset-backed Securities business lines . Must have at least one of Shell/Perl/Batch/Python scripting skills Well versed with incident/problem/change management process Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good documentation skills – advanced knowledge of Excel, Word , PowerPoint Good understanding of Java J2EE applications Good to have infrastructure, MQ, Websphere, Tomcat knowledge Good to have ITIL foundation knowledge/certification Experience with Unix/Linux/Windows servers. Experience with application deployments and installations Knowledge of SQL/Pl SQL Knowledge of Tools like Jira, ITSM, SN Strong multitasking skills and ability to reprioritize tasks ESSENTIAL SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: 24/7 availability during On-Call schedule Good understanding of Service Now or similar tool and the service management processes Understanding of data protection principles Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS Problem solver Manage multiple priorities Innovative and Agile
