Hybrid 1 day/month onsite 12 month contract (possible extensions) JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global seeks a Corporate Actions Analyst to join one of Canada's top banking institutions. This individual will be responsible for processing claims for open and failed trades and dividend payments. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the Broadridge platform and be highly proficient with Excel functions. This contract will require the ideal candidate to be a quick learner as we are heading into the peak season, where volumes/ requests will be high. Role Logistics: 37.5 hours/ week On-site 1/ month REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE -1-2 years of relevant experience with a banking/financial institution -Broadridge platform experience -Strong proficiency with Excel Functions (V-lookups, Pivot Tables, Macros) -Completed Degree or Diploma in E-Commerce, Finance, Business, Administration or relevant field -Good communication skills Vacancy: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position. Pay Rate: $22/hr We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.

Requirements

Requires 1–2 years of relevant experience at a banking or financial institution, experience with the Broadridge platform, and strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and macros. A degree or diploma in e-commerce, finance, business, administration, or a related field and good communication skills are required.
