Location: Guelph Hybrid: 2 days a week onsite Permanent Full time Salary: $85,000 JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intermediate Business Analyst to support a company-wide ERP implementation initiative. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to help gather requirements, document processes, support testing activities, and assist with change management efforts. The role will contribute to requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT coordination, data validation, and go-live support activities commonly associated with ERP implementations. This is a hybrid role that would require you to be onsite 2x week in Guelph. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst - Has experience within the insurance and or financial services industry - Has ERP implementation experience, ideally with Oracle Vacancy: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position. *We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
