JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global's client, a well-established Toronto law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Law Clerk to join their team 12-month contract with strong potential for extension. This individual will play a key role in supporting the firm's real estate practice by managing transactions from inception to completion, maintaining accurate legal documentation, and serving as a point of contact for clients and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment while delivering exceptional client service. Day-to-Day Manage real estate files from opening to completion Prepare and maintain legal documentation Coordinate with clients, lenders, realtors, and legal professionals Track file progress and key deadlines Respond to client inquiries and provide transaction updates Maintain accurate file records Support the legal team with real estate-related administrative tasks Requirements Experience as a Real Estate Law Clerk or in a similar legal support role Experience supporting real estate transactions Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office Nice to Have Law Clerk or Legal Assistant diploma Experience in a law firm environment Residential and/or commercial real estate experience Bilingual English and Portuguese Pay Transparency: The expected hour rate for this position falls between $30 to $35/hr Vacancy Status: This Posting is for a current vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position.
