JOB DESCRIPTION The Senior IT Business Analyst, SAP HR position is based in Mirabel, Quebec. This role will investigate incidents and change requests, gather and translate business requirements, recommend solutions, and configure SAP HCM ECC6 modules, particularly Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll. The successful candidate will also support solution design workshops, effort estimation, functional documentation, system configuration, integration testing, test-case development, and deployment readiness. Key areas of work include collective agreement changes, benefits and bonuses, quota-bank calculations, CATS validations, PT schemas and PCRs, calendars, system parameters, and LSMW or SECATT scripts REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE -College or university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. -3 to 5 years of experience in a similar IT business analysis role. -3 to 5 years of experience analyzing and configuring SAP HCM solutions within ECC6. -At least 3 years of hands-on experience across a minimum of three SAP HR modules, including TM/TIMEEVAL, CATS, PA, OM, or PY. -Strong SAP configuration experience, including modifications to Time Evaluation and Payroll schemas. -Experience gathering business, functional, and non-functional requirements and translating them into functional and configuration specifications. -Fluency in spoken and written French, with good proficiency in English. -Strong analytical, critical-thinking, documentation, multitasking, and client-facing skills. -Eligibility for registration with the Controlled Goods Program and the ability to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Reliability Status and Secret Level II/NATO Secret clearance. -Eligibility to meet U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations requirements. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE -SAP certification in at least one relevant module. -Project experience with or knowledge of SAP S/4HANA. -Payroll experience, including modifications to Payroll schemas and PCRs. -Experience creating LSMW or SECATT scripts. -Demonstrated leadership and the ability to recommend practical solutions to complex business problems. Compensation: $90,000/yr to $150,000/yr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Requirements
