Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of supply chain experience, specifically within procurement, buying/planning, or order management - Hands-on experience with purchase order (PO) issuance and end-to-end PO management - Experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs) - Strong enterprise-level experience with the ability to work autonomously - Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience analyzing procurement decisions based on price, quality, availability, and service - Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related business field Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Experience with P6 - Experience working within a 09 (own company) environment - Background driving or supporting procurement automation initiative Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst IV to support global procurement and operations for a large enterprise client. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and managing the end-to-end purchase order (PO) lifecycle, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure operational health, accuracy, and efficiency across procurement processes. You will lead procurement operations, evaluate purchasing decisions based on cost, quality, and availability, and drive continuous improvement through process optimization and automation. This role requires strong autonomy, enterprise-level experience, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with procurement operations, engineering, and vendor partners in a fast-paced environment. This position is fully remote and aligned to PST hours.
