This role sits at the intersection of supply chain operations, supplier engagement, data intelligence, and AI-driven automation. The successful candidate will partner closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure critical supply chain data related to lead times, capacity, manufacturing readiness, and supplier performance is accurate, complete, and actionable. A large portion of the role will involve proactively engaging suppliers through calls and email communication to collect missing information, manage deadlines, resolve data gaps, and ensure reporting remains current. The analyst will leverage AI tools to automate recurring data pulls, generate insights, create dashboards and reporting views, and solve business challenges. This individual will work closely with Global Supply Managers to understand business needs, transform complex data into meaningful recommendations, improve data quality, and drive visibility across supplier operations. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working independently, naturally curious, and experienced using AI tools to accelerate problem solving and operational efficiency.
