2 years contract Fully remote- PST hours Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Sr. Lead of Supply Chain Operations to support the supply chain group at a top tech company. This is a fully remote role that requires working PST hours and will support both the Connectivity and OFE within a supply chain organization. This individual will work closely with leadership teams to drive operational execution, business reporting, and performance visibility across complex supply chain operations. The ideal candidate combines strong supply chain experience with exceptional analytical and communication skills and is comfortable managing operational escalations, developing reporting frameworks, and providing leadership teams with actionable business insights. This role will support order management, inventory operations, fulfillment activities, and KPI reporting while helping drive predictability and operational excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day operational execution and resolve escalations impacting supply chain operations Maintain and report on KPIs, OKRs, operational metrics, and business performance indicators Support reporting initiatives for Program Managers and business leadership Monitor order management, inventory, and fulfillment processes to ensure operational visibility and execution Work within order management and PO management systems to support daily operations Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive issue resolution and meet business commitments Prepare presentations, business reviews, and executive-facing communications Support planning initiatives, including sprint planning, workload prioritization, and operational forecasting Must Haves 7+ years of experience in within a manufacturing Supply Chain 4+ years of management experience Experience supporting supply chain operations, inventory management, order management, or fulfillment processes Experience creating reports, dashboards, and operational performance metrics Strong Excel skills and experience analyzing large datasets Experience working with leadership teams and managing operational escalations Experience building and reporting on KPIs, OKRs, and operational performance measures Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Experience supporting highly metric-driven environments Experience with PO management tools Experience with Tableau, SQL, or dashboard development Nice to Have Skills Data center supply chain experience Experience supporting Connectivity or OFE supply chain organizations Experience with sprint planning, Agile methodologies, or story point estimation Experience creating business reviews, executive summaries, or operational reports Experience supporting large-scale technology companies Experience leveraging AI or automation tools for reporting and analysis Vacancy Status: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position.
