Overview An exciting opportunity exists for two experienced Senior Corporate Travel Consultants to join the Inspired Travel Group team. We are looking for established corporate travel professionals with a minimum of five years of experience who are confident managing their own portfolio of corporate accounts and providing a consistently high level of service to executives, executive assistants and business travellers. We are currently hiring for two positions, one aligned to PST working hours and one aligned to CST working hours. Both positions are fully remote and can be based anywhere in Canada, provided you are able to consistently work the required timezone. This is not a call centre environment. Each consultant is assigned their own portfolio of corporate clients, allowing you to build genuine relationships, understand individual traveller preferences and manage their travel from initial enquiry through to their return home. The Role As a Senior Corporate Travel Consultant, you will take ownership of an established portfolio of corporate accounts and their travellers. You will be responsible for managing domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars and other travel requirements, while providing proactive support before, during and after each trip. Our clients rely on their dedicated consultant for expertise, responsiveness and problem solving. You should be comfortable managing complex itineraries, supporting senior executives and handling changes or disruptions confidently and independently. This is a full-time, permanent position based on a 40-hour working week. Key Responsibilities Manage an assigned portfolio of corporate accounts and develop strong, long-term client relationships Work directly with executives, executive assistants and corporate travellers to arrange domestic and international travel Manage travel requirements from initial enquiry through to completion of the trip Book and manage flights, hotels, rental cars and other travel arrangements Research and present appropriate travel options based on client preferences, travel policies and budgets Manage complex and multi-sector itineraries confidently Handle itinerary changes, cancellations and disruptions efficiently Provide an exceptional level of customer service before, during and after travel Maintain clear, proactive and professional communication with clients Develop a strong understanding of individual traveller preferences and account requirements Maintain clean and accurate reservations within Sabre 360 Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and traveller profiles Communicate effectively with our accounting and operations teams Provide coverage and assistance for other consultants’ accounts when required Attend and complete training as required Experience Requirements This is a Senior Corporate Travel Consultant position and previous corporate travel agency experience is essential. Successful candidates must have: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant Strong, proven experience using Sabre 360 Experience independently managing corporate travel accounts Strong knowledge of domestic and international air travel Experience managing complex itineraries, changes and disruptions A proven history of delivering exceptional customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills The confidence to work independently and take ownership of client requirements The ability to work effectively as part of a remote team Ticketing experience is a strong asset.
