The Organizational Design Specialist will partner with business leaders and HR to conduct operating model and organizational design initiatives to support transformation. They will also play a key role in establishing the Organization Design Centre of Excellence and defining metrics to measure design success. Candidates must have post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration and a minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational design or operating model development. Experience with large-scale transformations in complex organizations is required, and a professional designation like CPHR is considered an asset.
