Job summary
Role Description This part-time, on-site Insurance Agent role at INSURE ME ONLINE is based in North York, ON. The Insurance Agent will meet with clients in person, assess their coverage needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products and packages. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, explaining policy terms and conditions, processing applications, and supporting clients with renewals, claims, and policy changes. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, following regulatory and company guidelines, and collaborating with the brokerage team to achieve sales and service goals. The Insurance Agent will participate in local outreach and follow up with leads to build and retain a strong client base. Qualifications Strong insurance expertise, including Insurance and Insurance Brokerage skills. Proven Insurance Sales experience and ability to meet sales and performance targets. Solid understanding of Finance principles relevant to personal and commercial insurance. Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication and client satisfaction. Relevant licensing or eligibility to be licensed as an Insurance Agent in Ontario. Ability to work on-site in North York, ON, and manage a part-time schedule effectively. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with basic office and CRM software. Previous experience in an insurance brokerage or financial services environment is an asset.
