Salary range (but not limited to): 47,100 - 57,500 About the role Nous cherchons un Agent service à la clientèle III pour notre équipe grandissante! Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous : Effectuer les inspections de véhicules endommagés en vérifiant de façon assidue les dommages reliés au sinistre mais également et surtout dommages antérieurs aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur du véhicule de l’assuré. Effectuer les inspections de véhicules réparés pour s’assurer de la qualité des réparations effectuées. Documenter adéquatement les dossiers de réclamations en prenant les photos requises du véhicule, aussi bien avant qu’après la réparation et remplissant adéquatement et de façon détaillée la fiche d’inspection. Conseiller adéquatement les assurés concernant la possibilité d’ouvrir une nouvelle réclamation et la façon de le faire. Inscrire des notes claires et complètes au dossier de réclamation pour chaque intervention au dossier. Effectuer les inspections de véhicules en respectant les politiques de confidentialité et de protection de l’information personnelle et en suivant les processus en place. Prendre en charge toute plainte d’assuré concernant les réparations. Ce que vous mettrez à profit : Détenteur d’un DEC ou d'une formation en assurance, ou toute formation ou expérience équivalente Au moins 1 an d’expérience en évaluation de dommages automobiles, un atout Excellent communicateur autant en français qu’en anglais Passionné par le service à la clientèle À l’aise avec les divers systèmes informatiques Esprit d’équipe et adaptabilité Professionnalisme et sens des responsabilités Représenter adéquatement la compagnie Intact en portant l’uniforme de façon professionnelle et adéquate, en respectant la politique d’Intact sur la tenue vestimentaire Bilingue (français et anglais). Nécessite d'interagir et de fournir une prestation de services à une clientèle francophone et anglophone sur une base régulière Ce poste est exclusivement offert en présentiel au Centre de Service, 5 jours et 35 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi de 11h à 19h. Requirements

Candidates must possess a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent training in insurance, with at least one year of experience in automotive damage assessment preferred. Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and French are required, along with the ability to work on-site.
