You’ll work side-by-side with experienced professionals, build practical skills, and gain exposure to the technologies shaping the wood products industry. This is an on-site internship with an anticipated start date in May 2027. Ideally, you’ll be available for a 4-8month term. We offer competitive compensation for interns, including: Salaries starting from $3,700 per month (based on your year in school and previous experience). Temporary living allowance for interns moving to the area for the role. What You’ll Do Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Learn how industrial maintenance supports safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Contribute to projects focused on equipment reliability, process improvement, and operational performance. Work alongside experienced maintenance and operations professionals to solve real-world challenges. Build technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills while gaining exposure to modern sawmill operations. What You Offer You are working towards a degree or diploma in an industry-related program (forestry, supply chain, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering). You are committed to maintaining a safe work environment. You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with your team and other departments. You are interested in hands-on work in an industrial setting. You are comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
