Summary: This full-time position will require the successful candidate to fulfill product transfer and transfers from Railcars to truck in accordance with company policy and safety regulations in all related transfers and quality control activities in the safest, most efficient way possible. Main Job Responsibilities including but not limited to: Including but not limited to: Loading and unloading of goods (Propane, Caustic oils and liquids) to and from railcars and, tidying yard etc. Use of gantries (Ske Eye, Safe rack, RBT, Conveyor belt) trucks and other equipment. Abiding by yard rules, safety regulations and PPE requirements (FR, Chemical resistant, face mask, H2s monitor) Accurately completing all required paperwork Abide by terminals processes and procedures relating to product transfers, quality assurance, safety and operations. Complete required training and certifications necessary to perform duties safely and effectively. Candidate Profile: High school or GED equivalent Labourer and/or Railway experience an asset. Equipment operation experience an asset (Gantries including Ske Eye, Safe rack, RBT, Conveyor belt, Crane, Track Mobile) Able to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs: physically fit. Experience loading trailers/railway cars an asset. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong team player and able to maintain positive interactions with others. Dedicated to getting the job done effectively while meeting established standards of quality, safety and client satisfaction. Have reliable transportation. Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Able to work shift work, holidays and weekends. Looking for experience with flammables, pumps, fall arrest, pressurized gases Has delt with TDG Ideally has loaded or handled Propane or like products(Butane, Diesel or Gas) Mechanically inclined Physical able to climb up and down Gantries Possibly commercial driver Has worked with tankers, trucks or rail Able to pass pre-employment Drug and Alcohol screening & Criminal Background Check International Bulk Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders. Experience with flammable products, pumps, and railway operations is highly preferred, along with the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
