JOB SUMMARY The Commercial Fisheries Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and development of commercial fisheries activities within the Inuvialuit Settlement Region. The position works closely with harvesters, community organizations, regulatory agencies, and industry partners to promote sustainable fisheries, enhance economic opportunities, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and licensing requirements. QUALIFICATIONS Applicants must be/have: Diploma or degree in Fisheries Management, Natural Resource Management, Environmental Studies, Business Administration, Economic Development, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience in commercial fisheries, natural resource management, economic development, or a related field is preferred.
