Plan and manage engineering projects, including schedules, budgets, resources, risks, design, manufacturing, procurement, and quality. Develop and support electrical designs and product testing, coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, maintain project documentation, and report progress through project closure.

Assemble, fit, and install prefabricated parts and sub-assemblies into completed systems using engineering drawings, schematics, hand and power tools, and material-handling equipment. Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, meet schedule and quality standards, report issues and non-conformances, suggest improvements, and follow safety procedures.

Lead daily manufacturing operations across production, engineering, quality, purchasing, shipping and receiving, and maintenance, while improving productivity, quality, efficiency, and profitability. Manage operational KPIs, budgets, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives, and develop teams while coordinating with other departments and senior management.

Inspect and measure parts against technical and visual requirements, identify and document non-conformances, and prevent defective parts from leaving the area. Support quality processes and improvement activities, maintain quality communications and records, and train manufacturing team members on inspection and testing requirements.

Lead concept and system-level design for new products, including hydraulic and pneumatic component selection, design documentation, validation planning, and risk mitigation. Guide design reviews and product development processes, collaborate across engineering and manufacturing disciplines, and represent the company with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Inspect incoming components, production builds, and finished products; document results, maintain traceability, and ensure compliance with quality and customer requirements. Coordinate supplier corrective actions, investigate defects, troubleshoot PCB assemblies, and support product failure analysis and continuous improvement.

Inspect, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation; perform field service, startup, commissioning, and control panel modifications. Support FAT and SAT I/O verification, respond to customer emergencies, document service work, train customers, and comply with EHS policies.

The technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, and repairing electronic systems and PCBAs throughout the manufacturing process. They provide technical guidance to the manufacturing team and develop standard repair and quality control procedures.
