Job summary
Invoke is a consulting and Innovation firm focused on delivering Intelligent Automation solutions that solve real operational challenges. We partner with organizations across industries to design and implement scalable RPA and AI-driven workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and reliability. Our teams work hands-on with clients to automate complex processes across a range of systems, from modern applications to legacy environments. Whether it’s streamlining high-volume workflows or improving data quality and consistency, our goal is to build automation solutions that are practical, maintainable, and impactful. The Technical Solutions Delivery Manager (TSDM) owns the end-to-end delivery of client engagements, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role spans project planning, sprint governance, stakeholder communication, and delivery oversight — with enough technical fluency to understand what developers are building, why it matters, and how to translate that into terms clients can act on. The ISDM is the primary point of accountability between the client and the delivery team, ensuring every engagement lands on time, on scope, and to the client's success criteria. Role / Responsibilities Plan and govern delivery. Build and maintain project plans, sprint schedules, and backlogs, and establish clear success criteria and milestones at kickoff. Translate between business and tech. Sit in on technical discussions, understand architecture and development trade-offs well enough to explain them plainly to clients, and translate client needs back into requirements developers can build against. Run the engagement day-to-day. Own the issues log, risk register, and timeline; facilitate sprint ceremonies (standups, planning, retros); and keep development, solution architecture, and client stakeholders aligned Communicate with stakeholders. Lead status meetings, deliver clear progress reporting to technical and executive audiences alike, and act as the first point of escalation for risks or blockers Oversee quality and go-live. Coordinate UAT, manage go/no-go readiness, and support deployment and hypercare through to a clean handoff. Build client relationships. Travel onsite periodically to meet with clients, strengthen relationships, and represent Invoke's delivery capabilities in person. Drive continuous improvement. Run retrospectives, reconcile estimates against actuals, and feed lessons learned into future engagements. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a related role, ideally supporting software development or technology consulting engagements. Solid technical acumen — comfortable in conversations about software architecture, APIs, and development workflows; scripting or working knowledge of Python is a strong plus. Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery practices and experience running sprint-based engagements. Exposure to or interest in AI-driven products and solutions is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to flex between technical detail and executive-level summaries. Proven experience managing external client relationships, including expectation-setting, status reporting, and escalation handling. Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a hybrid work environment, with a willingness to travel onsite to client sites a few times per year. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Nice to Have PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile/PM certification. Prior experience in a consulting, systems integration, or professional services environment. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, or similar PM/dev tracking platforms.
