We are looking for a UiPath Support Developer to join our team Commercial team! In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, supporting automation solutions in production, resolving issues, and contributing to ongoing improvements. Role/Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, handling communication related to automation support and issues Manage ticket intake, prioritization, and resolution across multiple client environments Troubleshoot and resolve issues within UiPath workflows, including debugging and root cause analysis Escalate complex issues when needed while maintaining ownership of resolution Implement small enhancements and fixes to existing automation solutions Collaborate with development teams to support deployments and ongoing improvements Ensure clear documentation and communication of issues, fixes, and changes Contribute to best practices and proactively identify opportunities to improve automation reliability Qualifications for the ideal candidate: 1–3 years of hands-on UiPath experience with an emphasis on Orchestrator Experience in a Level 2 support or similar environment (debugging, troubleshooting, bug fixing) Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve issues independently Experience interacting directly with clients or stakeholders Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tickets Strong communication skills are a must Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of issues from intake to resolution Experience using ticketing and agile management tools (e.g., Jira, FreshService, Zendesk) Experience working within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and managing time-sensitive resolutions Nice To Have: Experience with Python, Blue Prism, or other automation tools Experience supporting production automation environments Exposure to small-scale development or enhancement work Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Experience with MacOS Location: Canada (EST time zone preferred)
