Location: Kamloops, BC Department: Front Office Reports To: Director of Rooms Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 per year About the Role We are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team and oversee the daily operation of guest-facing services. In this role, you will drive team performance and be accountable for delivering exceptional guest experiences and service standards from arrival to departure. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality. What You’ll Do * Lead and oversee all Front Office operations, including Front Desk and Guest Services * Coach, support, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service * Drive service quality and monitor guest satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed * Handle guest concerns and ensure timely and effective service recovery * Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily workflow to meet operational needs * Support operational and financial goals through effective staffing, productivity, and service delivery * Ensure policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed * Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations What We’re Looking For * High School Diploma or GED; or 2-year degree from an accredited University in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or any other related courses * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Services * Marriott work experience preferred * Strong leadership and team development skills * Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and organizational skills * Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Legally entitled to work in Canada Working Conditions Fast-paced, guest-facing environment with leadership and operational responsibilities. Scheduling may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
