Irenys Inc. is seeking experienced Senior Bilingual Business Analysts (French/English) to contribute to a major Oracle Cloud ERP implementation, supporting the transformation of finance, procurement, and human resources processes. Engagement Details Location: Remote (Canada) Employment Type: Full-Time Contract Start Date: October 23, 2026 (or earlier) Contract Duration: Until August 20, 2027, with potential extensions Key Responsibilities Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation with business and technical stakeholders. Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and integration specifications. Facilitate discussions and collaborate effectively with French- and English-speaking stakeholders. Work closely with subject matter experts, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams. Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend opportunities for optimization and standardization. Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications aligned with ERP capabilities. Support requirements traceability, system integrations, testing activities, and project deliverables. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst supporting enterprise-scale transformation initiatives. Bilingual proficiency in French and English (mandatory), with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or comparable enterprise ERP platforms. Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, business process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation. Solid understanding of enterprise system integrations and business workflows. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
