We are looking for a dynamic, creative, detail-oriented, and positive individual with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion design, highly organized, and experienced in using AI-powered design tools to support creative development, trend forecasting, print creation, and workflow optimization. This position requires working on-site at the Montreal office, 5 days per week. Responsibilities Conduct trend research and create inspiring mood boards Develop detailed technical sketches and tech packs Prepare technical packages including flat sketches, fabric information, and trim details Work on knitwear and leather collections, including sketching, tech packs, and overseas development Measure and analyze SMS, TOP, and production samples Assist during fittings and follow up on fit corrections Communicate with overseas factories regarding garment construction and fit issues Create prints and CAD designs Prepare line sheets and support collection development Utilize AI-powered design tools and technologies for concept development, trend research, visual creation, and design efficiency Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (references required) Diploma in Fashion Design Experience using AI-powered design tools and technologies for fashion design and creative development (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, CLO3D AI features, or similar platforms) Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent attention to detail Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and French Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel
