Job Title: UI Developer (React) Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 4 days onsite in a week) Required Skills: Designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable front-end solutions using React. Building reusable, maintainable component libraries aligned with design system standards and best practices Working collaboratively within an Agile team, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle Conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and driving front-end best practices across the team Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues Familiarity with RxJS, Signals, and reactive programming patterns Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices

Design, develop, and deploy scalable front-end solutions using React and maintainable component libraries. Collaborate within an Agile team to drive front-end best practices and resolve complex technical issues.

Requires proficiency in React, reactive programming patterns like RxJS and Signals, and knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards. Candidates should have experience in the full software development lifecycle and mentoring other developers.
