Building reusable, maintainable component libraries aligned with design system standards and best practices Working collaboratively within an Agile team, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle Conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and driving front-end best practices across the team Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues Familiarity with RxJS, Signals, and reactive programming patterns Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
