Title: UAT Lead Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid 4 days onsite/Week) Long term Contract Client: Banking/Financial Role: Test Planning & Strategy Define and maintain test plans, schedules, scope, and success criteria Partner with stakeholders to finalize testing requirements Resource & Execution Management Allocate and manage testing resources, tools, and environments Oversee test execution, monitor progress, and resolve bottlenecks Track defects, ensure timely resolution, and report test metrics Enable effective communication across QA, development, and business teams Risk, Reporting & Governance Identify testing risks and proactively mitigate issues Escalate critical risks and blockers to leadership Maintain test artifacts and produce clear status reports and dashboards Process Improvement Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies Experience & Skills 5+ years in software testing, including 2+ years in a test coordination or leadership role Proven experience leading end-to-end testing for complex migration programs Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) Hands-on experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps) Certifications (ISTQB, PMP, Scrum Master) preferred Experience with platform migrations, particularly accounting or derivatives platforms Background in financial markets, capital markets, or asset servicing Exposure to test automation frameworks and DevOps practices Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment About Iris Software Inc.
