User Experience Designer

Iris's Direct client, a highly diversified financial services provider based in Canada is looking to hire a UX Designer for a Long Term Contract / Full Time opportunity. Location: Hybrid Toronto – 4 days onsite JOB DESCRIPTION Experience leading UX, product design, or experience-design initiatives in complex enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of user-centred design, design thinking, interaction design, usability testing, and responsive design. Experience managing or mentoring UX designers and coordinating work across multiple initiatives. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma. Understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG and AODA.

Lead UX and product design initiatives within a complex enterprise financial services environment. Manage and mentor other UX designers while coordinating work across multiple projects.

Requires strong proficiency in user-centered design methodologies and prototyping tools like Figma. Must have a solid understanding of accessibility standards including WCAG and AODA.
