JOB SUMMARY The Inventory Accounting Technician is responsible for supporting inventory control activities across retail stores, distribution centers, and laboratories. This role coordinates and communicates inventory count schedules, validates inventory count results, investigates discrepancies, and works closely with store teams to ensure inventory accuracy. The position also provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Audit & Inventory Control team and assists with other departmental functions as business needs require. WHO ARE YOU? * Detail-oriented and highly organized * Comfortable working with inventory data, spreadsheets, and multiple systems. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and investigate discrepancies. * Effective communicator who can collaborate with stores, Operations, Finance, and internal stakeholders. * Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Proactive in following up on issues and ensuring timely resolution. * Team-oriented and flexible in supporting departmental priorities.
