Job summary
Sales Consultant (Part Time) – Elmwood Optometry Elmwood Optometry is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced retail optical environment. Responsibilities * Deliver exceptional customer service. * Greet customers and assist with their needs. * Schedule appointments for customers. * Process daily close-outs and cash deposits. * Manage accounts receivable. * Receive and process merchandise returns. * Handle third-party billing. * Follow company policies and procedures. * Perform other duties as required. Qualifications * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision. * Highly motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required. * Previous retail, sales, or optical experience is considered an asset; however, training will be provided.
