Job Description Come join us for a challenging and highly rewarding summer!! We are looking for highly motivated, positive self-starters to join our team! Here's what you can expect: $0.12-$0.14/tree piece work and you can expect earnings in the range of $200-$500/day (the more you plant the more you earn!) 3:1 schedule (3 days on 1 day off) Planting season runs from early May until mid-July and resumes early August Fast land that is mostly mechanically site prepped with majority of blocks trenched All blocks have road access and transportation will be provided There is an opportunity to work within your community (see list below) or within one of our camps. Camp living costs are $25/day, including meals and full amenities (showers, wifi, TV) We provide planting equipment at no cost to you. You only need to have your own appropriate footwear and a high visibility shirt/vest. Seasons/Terms – Join us for some or all of these options! Fall planting season runs from Early to Mid-August to Late September (or until you go back to school for students!) Locations: We are looking for local crews based out of Central, and Southern New Brunswick with various daily pick-up locations. We are also looking for crews that will be based out of our camps in Deersdale. The role involves planting trees to meet specific production targets and quality standards. Workers must adhere to all safety standards while operating in a fast-paced, physically demanding team environment.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and highly motivated self-starters. Those on home-based crews must be able to travel to a central meeting location daily.
